Holiday Raffle Giveaway!

From November 18th, 2022 to December 18th, 2022, every massage gift certificate purchased online or in-person and every massage session purchased will earn one entry into our Holiday Raffle Giveaway! Two winners will be drawn on December 18th and the prize will be one of two hand-made gift baskets. The gift baskets include a gift certificate for a 30-minute massage, a hand-made cherry wood or cement platter, three hand-made shea butter lotions with essential oils, two hand-made beeswax candles, two hand-made bath bombs, and four bags of Audrey’s Chia Cookies (chocolate chip, lemon, almond, and brownie flavors).

Jennifer Sidney Silva, M.S., LMT

Jennifer graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Linguistics and earned her M.S. in School Counseling from Central Connecticut State University. She worked as a school counselor in public schools for ten years, cherishing the opportunity to nurture her students.

This love for nurturing ultimately brought Jennifer to massage therapy. Jennifer graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2016. She has advanced training in oncology massage, and has also completed continuing education in chair massage and Ohashiatsu. Jennifer enjoys bringing her clients relaxation and relief from pain and discomfort, helping clients feel better in their own bodies. Her belief is that massage can be of benefit to anyone in virtually any circumstance. Jennifer’s touch has been described by a fellow massage therapist as “the most relaxing massage I’ve ever received.”
In her life outside of massage, Jennifer spends her time running around with her young daughters, being active in the community, and playing classical flute; she has been the flutist in the Elm City Winds for over a decade. She is passionate about many things including people, sustainability, travel, languages, and music.
Jennifer looks forward to partnering with you on your wellness journey!
