Our therapists are trained and/or certified in a number of modalities such as Orthopedic massage, Myofascial bodywork which can be integrated into your sessions. Our team is committed to continuing education and strives to use that knowledge to develop a unique approach to each individual. Sessions may range from a focused 15 minutes to 90 minutes for a comprehensive, full body experience. We will work with you, your doctor, physical therapist or chiropractor to provide bodywork that compliments your wellness objectives.
